What can I do in case of a puncture?
For all rentals we provide a basic supply that includes a puncture kit with levers, inner tube, multitool, CO2 and a glove.
You can also call us and we will provide you with all the telephone assistance you need, and if that is not enough we can arrange an onsite intervention with our technicians.
Are rear lights included?
For all rentals we provide a basic supply which includes high visibility LED rear lights.
Can I mount my own pedals?
The bikes are all equipped with standard cranksets so they can fit all the most common pedals.

Which pedals can be installed on the rental bike?
It is possible to mount your own pedals, otherwise we can supply pedals of the following types:
- Look Keo 2 Max road
- Shimano SPD-SL R 550 Road
- SPD (MTB)
- SPD Dual (MTB + Flat)

Is it possible to rent a helmet?
We are able to supply Kask Mojito 3 road helmets in sizes S to L.

What if I need a front light?
We can rent Ravemen FR160 lights compatible with all GPS mounts for unmatched visibility and size.

What if I need technical glasses?
We can rent Van Rysel ROADR900 photochromic glasses.

What if I need a bike computer?
We can rent Bryton Ryder 420 cycle computers and if necessary we can preload any type of track, your favorite route or the one we created for you.

What if I need a complete set of technical clothing?
We have created a top-quality shorts and t-shirt set with a latest-generation gel pad, breathable technical fabric and Morgale livery produced by Rosti, a Bergamo and Italian excellence.

What if I need shoes?
The service does not include shoe rental but contact us and we will surely find the best solution for you.
Can you do a "bike fitting" with my measurements?
We always ask for the height and saddle advancement, if known, to arrive already prepared and let you start your experience right away.
If you do not have these measurements we can always adjust them upon delivery.
If you have a more specific need that requires the setting of the handlebars and grips, do not hesitate to contact us and we will certainly agree to make your experience premium.
Do you provide a service van?
We want your experience to always be premium, so if you need an assistance van to accompany you, to set up stops with technical support, we are at your disposal, write to us and we will organize the most suitable service for your requests.
Can I go out alone with the rented bike?
Of course, we do not apply restrictions to your adventure, if you prefer to go out alone we will see you at the delivery.
Can you suggest a path suitable for my preparation?
Of course, in the "Routes" section we have many suggestions that enhance our territory, each with an indication of the difficulty for distance and altitude difference.
If you don't find something you like, contact us and we will be happy to build a route that suits your needs in terms of km, elevation gain, view, panoramas, nature, asphalt or gravel. We will then send you the gpx file to use in the cycle computer.
Do you also organize guided tours?
We have partnerhip with many local businesses that can help you with any type of experience.
Whether you want to take a scenic and relaxed ride, or you want to push on the climbs of the Giro d'Italia, or you also need an overnight stay or transfers.

What should I do in case of mechanical and/or electronic failure?
In this case we ask you not to intervene on the bike but to call us and we will provide you all the telephone assistance you need, and if that is not enough we can arrange an onsite intervention with our technicians.

What should I do in case of a fall?
First of all, check your health status and, if necessary, call the European emergency number 112.

We love our bikes and that's why we ask you to always take care of them and never leave them unattended, however in case of theft it is necessary that you file a complaint with the competent authorities and provide us with a copy of the report issued.

What are the days and times the service is available?
The service is active every day, including holidays, from 8 am to 8 pm, deliveries are from 8 am to 2 pm and collections from 11 am to 8 pm.
If you have other needs do not hesitate to share them and we will surely agree so that your experience is premium also in delivery.
Do you deliver anywhere?
On the "Home" page and bike detail pages you can find a map that clearly indicates where delivery is free and where it has a fixed rate.

Is the bike delivered ready to use?
All bikes are delivered:
- washed and polished in all parts, from the frame to the mechanical components.
- The transmission group will already be lubricated with specific oils based on whether it is a dry or wet day.
- The transmission and levers with batteries adequately charged for the duration of the rental.
- The rear light is 100% charged.
- The wheels are inflated to the correct pressure according to the technical specifications of the tires.
- Brake test performed.
How do I recognize you when you deliver?
Your bike will arrive at the pre-arranged address, at the pre-arranged time and on board an iconic 100% electric yellow Volkswagen ID Buzz van customized with the Morgale livery.
What if my address is inside a ZTL (Limited Traffic Area)?
We are accredited for all the ZTLs (Limited Traffic Areas) of Bergamo and the Areas B and C of Milan so we can easily arrive at your home.
Can I ask for delivery at the foot of the climb I want to do?
Of course, you can choose any address on the street directory that best suits your starting point, you can eventually add some directions in the notes field of the order.
Can I indicate two different addresses for delivery and collection?

How many bikes can I rent at a time?

Regarding delivery, considering the maximum capacity of the van, we will agree on the best times for the bikes to arrive.
What if we are a group but each one wants to manage and pay for their own rental?
No problem, everyone can proceed individually with the booking and payment, it will be sufficient to indicate in the order notes that it is a group and we will organize the deliveries in the best way.

Is it possible to rent for half a day?
Of course, you can select the delivery times (from 8 to 14) and collection times (from 11 to 20) that best suit your needs.
Our premium service prepares the bikes in the same way for both short and long term rental, so the minimum cost of the experience is 1 day.
Is it possible to receive an tax invoice for the service?
Of course, just specify it when ordering by providing all the necessary data.
Can I cancel my order?
You can always cancel your order.
However, please note that for cancellations made within the 8th day before the rental date, the entire amount paid will be replaced, while in the last 7 days the Price amount will be retained in full while the Deposit amount will be returned.

If I like the bike, can I buy it?
Of course, we love our bikes and after each rental we wash and polish them thoroughly.
We always grease them with the right oils depending on the weather conditions, we check the tightenings and we always transport them safely and indoors.
