The provision of the data collected for the purposes mentioned in point f) is optional, and refusal may result in the inability to respond to your specific requests and/or send you commercial offers on our products and services, but will not affect other contractual obligations.

The processing of the data mentioned in points a), b), c), d), and f) is based on the free and explicit consent of the service user. The processing of the data mentioned in point e) is based on the legitimate interest of the controller to protect the rental property.
GPS Tracking of Bikes.
To ensure the safety of our vehicles, all bikes provided through our rental service are equipped with a GPS tracker. This device enables the instant location of the bikes in case of loss or theft.
Collection and Use of Location Information.
The GPS tracker collects information about the location of the bikes during their use. However, we want to reassure you that this information is not stored and is not used to track or monitor your personal routes. The main function of the GPS tracker is to allow for the rapid location of the bikes if necessary.
Sharing of Location Information.
The location information collected through the GPS tracker is used exclusively for security purposes and is not shared with third parties unless required by law or to protect our legal rights.
Sharing of Personal Information.
We do not share, sell, or rent your personal information to third parties, except in the following cases:
- with service providers who assist us in delivering our services, such as payment services or data analysis, and/or fiscal, administrative, and/or accounting services;

Data Transfer Abroad.
The hosting provider for the Shopify website declares that for residents in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, personal data is controlled by its Irish affiliate, Shopify International Ltd. Data is then transferred to other Shopify locations and service providers, which may be located in other geographical areas, including Canada (where the headquarters is located) and the United States.
