Correct positioning on the saddle is known to be one of the most pressing issues for cyclists, especially those who love to compete and ride long distances. If once upon a time, with steel bikes, measuring the length of the tubes was relatively simple, over the years and with the introduction of sloping products, defining measurements has become an increasingly complex matter. Thus, in addition to the classic values of height, length and angles, Reach & Stack data have been added, horizontal and vertical values of distance between the center of the bottom bracket and the center of the upper part of the head tube.

But modern bicycles have moved the measurement complexity even higher, being complete and complex systems given by the combination of frame, handlebar thicknesses and monocoque handlebars. When purchasing, knowing the size of each individual element that makes up the bike based on your physiognomy is essential. As manufacturers of monocoque frames and handlebars, we have added a new value to the measurement of the frame combined with steering thicknesses and monocoque handlebars.

Versatility and completeness

An aerodynamic endurance racing bike characterized by a clean look and lines aimed at the pursuit of speed.
We could define it as an aero all-rounder, that is, an aerodynamic all-round bike that winks at performance, thanks to its technical and riding qualities.

Enhanced by the integration of the cables, which run inside the frame hidden from view.
The frame of the Morgale 110 Carrara is that of the Wilier Triestina Cento10 SL, made of unidirectional NH-MOD carbon, it has a specific lay-up that allows for a contained weight, declared at 1,190 grams for size M (including painting).

Geometry

The profiles are designed and manufactured using Naca-Low-Speed aeronautical algorithms, in order to size the tubes considering aerodynamic efficiency. Furthermore, always with a view to optimizing air penetration, the main elements of the frame are Kamm tail, with a truncated tail. In fact, the oblique tube, steering area, seat tube, seat stays and bottom bracket area have the rear part cut to "trick" the aerodynamic flow and lower its resistance. This solution allows for weight savings, but also increases torsional rigidity.
The frame and fork allow for tires with a maximum section of 28 mm.
Furthermore, with the integrated Deda Alanera handlebar, the line is very clean, thanks to the routing of the cables in the steering tube.
